During Thursday’s meeting of the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission, communal cannabis consumption was a hot topic. When legislation passed to legalize recreational marijuana in Massachusetts in 2016, “residents wanted to make sure people who shared housing or live in apartment buildings could still have a place to consume pot legally.”
