In a recent Form 13F filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Little Rock, Arkansas-based employee-owned investment manager Horrell Capital Management, Inc. disclosed that it increased its existing stake in U.S. multi-state operator iAnthus Capital Holdings, Inc. (CSE:IAN) (OTC:ITHUF).
According to Bloomberg, “The firm provides its services to individuals, high net worth individuals, banking or thrift institutions, pension and profit sharing plans, trusts, estates, charitable organizations, corporations, and state or municipal government entities.”
With an estimated $266.9 million in assets under management as of a recent Form ADV, Horrell Capital Management, Inc.’s recent purchase of 2,900 more shares of iAnthus Capital amounts to just a drop in the bucket for the firm. That being said, it is always a bullish signal that institutional investors and money managers like Horrell Capital Management, Inc. are getting involved in cannabis investments.
