Organic Flower Investments Group Inc. (TSXV:SOW) (OTC:QILFF), formerly known as Q Investments Ltd. (TSXV:QI), is moving from the TSX Ventures Exchange to the Canadian Securities Exchange on Wednesday, January 23rd.
In moving from the TSXV to the CSE, Organic Flower Investments Group Inc. will now be given the green light to invest in the U.S. cannabis industry as long as it is disclosed properly. Since Organic Flower Investment Group Inc. is an investment holding firm that specializes in providing early-stage financing to private and public companies engaged in a variety of industries including medical and recreational cannabis, the change in exchanges will allow the company to broaden its horizons.
Other than that, shares of Organic Flower Investment Group will continue to trading under the ticker symbol ‘SOW’ on the CSE. Also, shares of Organic Flower Investment Group on the OTC Pink markets will continue to trade under the ticker symbol ‘QILFF’.
Through its investment in Delta Organic Cannabis Corp., Organic Flower Investments Group currently has a major stake in Agraflora Organics International Inc. (CSE:AGRA) (OTC:PUFXF) and also a stake in Agraflora’s facility. Following the Organic Flower Investments’ debut on the CSE, we expect the company to seek out additional private placement financing before any more investments are made.
