With a pound of primo selling for hundreds if not thousands of dollars, everyone knows that cannabis is a cash crop. For the home grower who’s made money hand over fist in the weed business, or any other line of business for that matter, Tiffany & Co. has some shiny new product offerings for you.
While you could certainly use their $275 sunglasses to hide your high, today we’re actually focusing on a $275,000 sterling silver greenhouse that we came across on the company’s website.
And no, this is not a joke.
According to the Tiffany & Co. website, “This unique solid sterling silver, copper and glass greenhouse was hand-assembled by the finest Tiffany artisans. Built over the course of nine months and nearly 1,000 hours in the Tiffany hollowware workshop, this luxurious design brings unexpected Tiffany style to any space. Time-honored smithing techniques and cutting-edge technology combine to transform a utilitarian item into a modern work of art.”
The fact that this greenhouse requires 9 months and nearly 1,000 hours from Tiffany’s finest artisans makes the $275,000 price tag more understandable. Unfortunately, no matter how understandable the price is, that doesn’t make the price reasonable.
Even if you are absolutely rich by every extent of the imagination, you can’t even walk inside!
With dimensions coming in at 20″ wide, 26.75″ long, and 17.75″ high, you could barely fit a few cannabis clones. With the average sativa plant growing to over 10 feet tall under the right growing conditions, this greenhouse may only be able to accommodate the plant for its first few weeks of growth.
While Tiffany & Co. chose to compare the size of the greenhouse to a pot full of daffodils, we’ve altered the image above to give a more applicable side-by-side for the plants our readers grow…
In case $275,000 for a greenhouse is a little too rich for your blood, don’t worry because Tiffany & Co. does have other products for brand-conscious pot producers.
If you’re deciding between a new car or a new watering can, be sure to consider the Sterling Silver and Copper Watering Can from Tiffany & Co. for $35,000.
